    The mission of the company is to help young athletes from Europe develop their talents and advance in their education. We specialize in sending athletes to High Schools, Prep Schools and Universities in the US with academic and/or athletic scholarships.

    Our values are to work with our athletes in an ethical manner since our player’s career and future is our prime focus. We consider player’s wishes but we are candid and up front in terms of development potential and possibilities. Lastly, our work does not stop when our players go abroad. On the contrary we remain active and supportive throughout their journey and become a life coach and a friend.

    Our aim is to form a personal bond with our potential thus we spend a lot of time getting to know them, understand their dreams, visions and abilities in sports as well as academically by providing all our services directly with our players. We differentiate because of the personalized human interaction our agency forms with each client.

Our Founder and CEO

Alexandros Panayides

All Around Sports Agency was founded by Alexandros Panayides.  Alexandros went to the US at the age of 16 to complete his high school studies with a sports scholarship.  He then accepted a University scholarship at Clafflin University in South Carolina while playing basketball for the schools’D2 team.  He graduated with a major in Business Administration & Sports Management.  Given his background and experiences, both academically and athletically, Alexandros now guides and supports young athletes on how to pursue a similar life path and make their dreams a reality.

Noah Chann Jenkins, Representative in the US

“My name is Noah Jenkins and I’m from Columbia, SC. I played under the Irmo Yellow Jacket’s legendary head coach, Tim Whipple. I played for and graduated from Claflin University receiving a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a master’s degree in Business Administration. I have been playing basketball since for 20 years and have gained a lot of knowledge over the years. I plan to use that knowledge to help athletes navigate the world of sports so they can achieve their goals.”

Boris Vchkov, Representative in Macedonia

“My name is Boris Vchkov and I’m from Skopje, Macedonia. I have played for Vodno Suns Partizan & FMP Skopje. I spent my prep year in Calusa Preparatory School in Miami, Florida and got a scholarship offer from FNU. Unfortunately, I got injured and never had the chance to follow my dream. But now I am here, helping young athletes archive their dreams!”
